The Audio MIDI Setup tool is an effective way to check the functionality of your Dante outputs.
Open Audio MIDI Setup and select the audio interface you're using. For instance, choose the REDNET PCIe.

In this case we want to check outputs 47 ad 48, and we can diagnose as follows:

This checks if the signal from the audio interface to the digital-to-analog converters is functioning, but it doesn't verify the signal path coming into the audio interface from the analog-to-digital converters.
