Fortunately, Outlook offers a helpful workflow through its integration with **Microsoft Tasks.** To keep your inbox organized, you can archive emails using the shortcut **Control + E**. However, be cautious as you might accidentally archive emails that require follow-up. The solution is to use **flagged emails**. Start by flagging important emails with the shortcut **Control + 1**. This allows you to archive emails while still keeping track of crucial ones that need action. Thanks to Outlook's integration with Microsoft Tasks, you won't lose sight of them. To see your flagged emails, press **Cmd + 5** to open the Microsoft To Do tasks pane. In the **"Planned" view**, you'll find all your previously flagged emails.
