Don't Be Late

I take attendance at the beginning of each class. If you're late, you'll receive a strike on your attendance record. Since attendance accounts for 30% of your grade, punctuality is important.# Be Attendant!

Absences

Regular attendance and class participation are essential. Students absent for two weeks or more during this 16-week course will receive an F. If absent without a prior excuse, medical documentation is required unless arrangements are made well in advance. While unexpected situations occur, understand the commitment you made by enrolling. If you decide to drop the course, you must do so officially through Admissions and inform your instructor.
